Strength & Motion: Progression to Headstands, Inversions and Arm balances class

Learning to hold your body to support a headstand, inversion i.e. handstand or arm balance takes strength, balance and skill. In this workshop we look to improve on these attributes, build confidence and have fun.

This class is designed to improve upon a base of principles and skills that will help develop the ability to perform headstands, inversions or arm balances. This will be a physically demanding but fun class with varying levels of progression. The session will involve moments of one to one adjustment and coaching.
