Welcoming you to take 1 hour and 15 minutes out of your busy schedule just for you to relax and revive.
Come and join us for a mindful practice to reduce stiffness in the body, calm the mind and body, breathe and just relax.
Targeting areas of tightness with a gentle yoga flow and with a practice that combines the physical poses with the breathe and meditation, it can help you lower your blood pressure and heat rate and start to mentally destress the mind.
Be good to your body and mind and come along.
Bring a matt, block and eye pillow if you have them, although no stress (it is a relaxation class after all) if not these can be provided.
Also bring a jumper or blanket to use as a bolster/keep you warm for relaxation at the end and any yoga straps if you prefer to use them as a tool during your practice.
The class is at an Introductory rate of £9 for non-spiceball members.
Spiceball Members get a reduced rate of £7 (members discount).
