Yoga for beginners.
Welcoming you to start yoga, introducing you to the main poses of yoga, reasons for practice and the correct alignment in the poses. Great for beginners and improvers alike who want to address their alignment within poses. Working to improve flexibility and start to increase the strength of the body. Come along and see if our practice here at Strength and Motion is your cup of tea.
The workshop is at an Introductory rate of £15 for non-spiceball members.
