Strength & Motion is continuing the new yoga workshop on a Thursday night, come and join us for two more weeks starting 25th and running into February 1st for 'YOGA-FIT'.
This session with work the whole body, strengthen the core and increase overall body strength and mobility.
It is a strong dynamic flow that can be tailored to beginners, athletes and well practiced yogis alike, breaking down the moves into stages allowing you to challenge yourself that little bit further but within your own control.
It incorporates aspects of power yoga and pilates to strengthen the body, focus on core control (engage those abs and pelvic floor) and gives your body a workout, only body weight needed!
Bring a yoga matt if you have one (these can also be provided), a towel and water. Don't be afraid to build up a slight sweat and tone your body.
You can either book on and pay as you go to the individual classes or book on to a 2 class pass saving you well earned money.
Introductory rate of:
1 Class - £7
2 Classes - £12

Thursday 1st February 8.15-9.15pm Studio 2 Spiceball.
Run at Spiceball leisure centre but independently as Strength & Motion (none members of Spiceball also welcome).
