Strength and motion invites you to ‘The Lakehouse Wellness Weekend’. Two, one day retreats, Saturday 16th or/and Sunday 17th February. Located in the beautiful Cotswolds, a day of yoga, wellbeing and nutrition situated in a tranquil lake house boasting water side views and being immersed in nature! Each day contains an introduction to led meditation, energising yoga flows in the morning and candlelit relaxation yoga as the sun goes down brought to you by Strength & Motion’s own experienced yogini (bring a cushion and blanket if you wish to get cosy). There will also be an informative immune and gut health talk by qualified nutritionist @nourishgem from London followed by some of her well renowned delicious treats. A healthy buffet style lunch, all drinks and edible delights throughout the day are proved with a wellness goodie bag to take home with you.
