'The Lake House Wellness Weekend' - Two day retreats set in the beautiful Cotswolds

Strength and motion invites you to ‘The Lakehouse Wellness Weekend’. Two, one day retreats, Saturday 16th or/and Sunday 17th February. Located in the beautiful Cotswolds, a day of yoga, wellbeing and nutrition situated in a tranquil lake house boasting water side views and being immersed in nature! Each day contains an introduction to led meditation, energising yoga flows in the morning and candlelit relaxation yoga as the sun goes down brought to you by Strength & Motion’s own experienced yogini (bring a cushion and blanket if you wish to get cosy). There will also be an informative immune and gut health talk by qualified nutritionist @nourishgem from London followed by some of her well renowned delicious treats. A healthy buffet style lunch, all drinks and edible delights throughout the day are proved with a wellness goodie bag to take home with you. Come and escape to the Cotswolds on a day of your choice over the weekend. Location proudly obtained through @coldupeuch - how lucky are we! Strength & Motion 'Zenergy' Recipe

'Zenergy Balls'



3 tbs Miel d’acacia (Organic French Honey)

3 tbs Crunchy Peanut Butter

100g Glace Cherries

100g Morello Cherries (optional can change out for other dried fruits)

100g Sultanas

2 tbs Chia Seeds

1 tbs Sunflower and Pumpkin Seeds

2 tbs Linseed (Also known as Flax Seed)

2 cups Organic Oats

Makes about 16-20 bite sized balls, (depending on your bite size!). 


Mix the honey and peanut butter together first in a big bowl, then add all the other ingredients, roll up your sleeves and mix it all together until it sticks together. 

Divide the mixture up by rolling into 'bite sized' balls using the palms of your hands and leave to 'set' in the fridge for a 'healthy', nutritious snack on the go or post your yoga workshop.

Bliss Beat Festival 2017

Strength & Motion is visiting Italy. 

Strength & Motion has been given the opportunity to teach a Workshop at the Bliss Beat Festival in Italy, just outside Milan. Running from the 12th - 16th July Bliss Beat Festival (https://www.blissbeatfestival.com) is a celebration of music, yoga and martial arts. 

There Strength & Motion Workshop: Yoga for Strength will be running on Thursday 13th at 11am - 12.30pm on the Main Stage.
