Over the weekends we regularly run retreats, workshops and events. Please look here for upcoming events.

When we are away on training camps, retreats and other sporting events, classes are covered unless stated.

*We do a lot of private work throughout the week with athletes, for Col du Peuch, sports performance, corporate companies and individuals. The timetable is very fluid due to different training schedules and private, therefore not all sessions are stated. If you are interested in a session and the current timetable stated doesn’t fit in with your schedule please get in touch to see if we can do our best to meet your requirements.

Strength & Motion’s Sport Scientist and Yoga teacher Becky teaches privately and public classes all over the UK and Europe for studios, sports teams, training camps, luxury retreats and training camps, festivals, leisure centres and more:

There will be more 'YOGA-FIT' classes in 2019 (Run independently by Strength & Motion at Spiceball) and  'Yoga for athletes' workshops. Dates will be posted and advertised in due course.

If you would like Private Sessions for individuals, small groups, Sports Teams or Clubs then please get in touch to book and it will be tailored to your requirements.   

At Strength & Motion we teach a range of different yoga styles from Vinyasa Yoga Flow, Power Yoga (Strength & Motion’s own ‘Yoga Fit’) Hatha to Restorative and Yin Yoga. We tailor yoga sessions to develop personal practice for each clients needs and preferences, Strength & Motion specialises in teaching Yoga for athletes. Having an insight into physiology and the anatomy of the body we can specialise Yoga for athletes to vary from a strong, dynamic and energetic flow to a relaxing and deepening stretch clinic.
